1000Calculator is a growing library of free online calculators for money, health, math, dates and everyday sums. The goal is simple: give you a clear answer quickly, and show you how it was worked out.
How our calculators work
Every calculator uses a published formula, which is written out on its page together with a worked example you can check by hand. Calculations run in your browser, so the numbers you type stay on your device.
How we check our work
Before a calculator is published, we test it against known results, including the examples shown on the page. Many tools are estimates by nature, so each financial and health calculator carries a short reminder about how to use the result.
What is coming next
New calculators and unit converters are added regularly.
